[Typo3] Publish an entire frameset

hi to all,

could someone explain how i can publish (write as static html) pages,
which contains a frameset? actually i'm only able to publish the main
frameset (with type=0), but not the individual frames (with type-id 1,
2, 3).

is there any way to solve this?

in addition, i would ask you if there is a way to publish pages from
the BE instead of using the ADMPANEL in the FE.
