[Typo3] How to remove default formatting?

Hi everyone,

Here is the site I am working on:
www.probbq.ca

In the "Menu Planner" section, I want it to resemble
this:
www.stormat.ca/menu.html

But as you'll notice there are HUGE gaps between the
lines of the form elements. I'm positive that this is
due to some <P> tag in the core Typo3 code for all
pages. Can someboyd please tell me how to remove this
(and all) default formatting for pages?
