[Typo3] (no subject)

Hallo,i want to ask about the "Import extensions from online repository", 
when i klick the button "Connect to online repository" i can not download 
the list what is supposed to be. And the version of my typo3 is 3.8.0 .I 
hope someone can help me to solve this problem so that i can go on with it.
