I resolved the problem:

Allow classes for the right column:
RTE.config.tt_content.bodytext.proc.allowedClasses = Ueberschrift, blauZitat


Allow classes for the left column:
RTE.default.proc.allowedClasses = Ueberschrift, blauZitat
