Just a suggestion, but have you read the Mailing List Rules?

You might have a better chance of getting your questions answered if you 
follow the list rules.
(I personally don't answer posts if the user isn't using realname as 
explained on the rules page..)

Seems as if the forum doesn't make the connection between the usergroup and 
the forumgroup?!
