Who knows. FYI: RFC 1149 - Standard for the transmission of IP datagrams
on avian carriers (http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1149.html).

That document talks about using pigeons to transfer Internet data. So,
who knows how Internet works these days. It is very slow at my location
for the last two days. So I believe my provider started using worms or
snakes instead of pigeons...
