[Typo3] Redirect nonexistent pages

As I was working in the backend I have deleted some pages from the page 
tree. Unfortunatelly google in its wierdness chose to list exactly those 
deleted pages for my most imoprtant keywords. Now I would really like 
for my visitors not to see the:
'Error!
The requested page does not exist!' error.
How do I redirect these requests to the frontpage or any other page for 
that matter?
