[Typo3] Latest News in template

Hey all,

I have a old typo3 site running on a version 3.5.0 with tt_news 1.0.4.

I want to include latest news on all my pages. So I want to include it 
in my HTML template. I have allready tried to search the list for help, 
but I didn't got an ansawer that could help me..

Can't I do sometinh with a subpart.. I have this in my TS:

page.1  {
    template = FILE
    template.file = fileadmin/template/index-ny.html
    workOnSubpart = DOCUMENT_BODY
    subparts.CONTENT_LEFT < styles.content.getLeft
    subparts.CONTENT_RIGHT < styles.content.getRight
    subparts.CONTENT_BORDER < styles.content.getBorder
    subparts.CONTENT < styles.content.get
    subparts.NAVBAR < plugin.tx_jullenavpath_pi1

Can't I make a subpart in some way to make the latest news.. Please 
explain in details, if you know how.. :-)
