[Typo3] Is there TypoScript for redefining default Admin panel style

Take a close look at the source; unless you've got the
'adminPanelStyles' property set to '1' or 'true', the styles are NOT 
referenced from your pages. Turn it on, copy the styles into your own
stylesheet, redefine them and turn off 'adminPanelStyles' and you're
done.
