[Typo3] "not in menu" pages and realURL

One possible solution (depends heavily on what exactly you're doing)
would be to add a list of the pages that you're currently setting to
'Not in Menu' in the page header to the .excludeUidList [1] property
of whicever HMENU(s) you don't want them to appear in.
