[Typo3] Bug in newloginbox?

this bug is allready on bugs.typo3.org - I added it last weeg i guess :)
I discoverd it about half a year ago - or even longer, but didn't have 
the time to register and check out the bugtracker. But I had written an 
email at that time (but unfortunately to the old author - not the 
current one).
