[Typo3] help!!! caching and template changes

Well, this was explained more than once already... Just ignore it.

If you mean Template>TS setup, it clears page cache automatically when
saved.

In constrast TemplaVoila does not clear page cache but all non-cached
pages will use template changes immediately.
