[Typo3] Bug in newloginbox?

Hi List,
I am using Direct mail Subscription extension in one of my site. Everything 
is working fine but I need some more fields in the main FE page for 
gathering some more informations like Country,city etc whearas currently 
only two fields name and email is comming an updating for now.

Any type of help will mean a lot for me!!!

Looking forward for a quick reply from the experts!!!
