[Typo3] No BR please

Remo,
 I checked out the content but I already had your suggestion implimented.
The BR is actually coming after the clear gif...no idea why that is 
there either!
Here is the HTML source :
<h2>Lorem ipsum dolor </h2>
<img src="clear.gif" width="1" height="5" border="0" class="spacer-gif"

<br />
<p>Lorem ipsum dolor........</p>

This must be somthing simple...
