[Typo3] [Typo3 ] webside language

Hi all
 
I have troubles with the 3.8.0
 
I have all done like in the 3.7.0/1 to create a new webside language 
(used Dukomentaion from Robert Mayer Version 3.6.2 www.typo3server.com page
161)
 
in the 3.7.0/1 it works without troubles
in the 3.8.0  the default language is ok
the second from the content is also ok
but... the menue is not shown ok, if there are menulevels the id's not
correct,
sometimes there are id's not used,
 
I make it from begin new 4 times, there is no idea to try it in a a
different way :-( 
Ore is the 3.8 to be handled different 
is there a Dokumentation only for the 3.8  //if possible in german would be
great :-)
