[Typo3] How to define user sysfolder in typoscript?

Using the "login" content element,  the context help for the "insert 
pages" says:

"In order for the login procedure to work, you must make sure that ... 
you have configured in your  TypoScript template on which page 
(typically a SysFolder) the users can be found "

What is the syntax for defining this in typoscript? I looked through the 
tsref but couldn't find it.
