[Typo3] TemplaVoila Wizard error

Hello,

I'm setting up a new site with typo 3.8 with TemplaVoila .4

I click on the Start wizard now! Button, and click Choose as Template
for the appropriate html file.

For step 2, I fill in the Name of the site, the Editor username, and
click Create new site. This is when things go bad.

I then get a screen that says:
Step 3: Begin Mapping
And a button for Cancel wizard.

That's it. I've tried it in Firefox, and IE, but it does the same thing.

Any ideas why it might be hanging on this part?
