[Typo3] Linkdatabse with import feature need

Hi guys,

i m looking for any Linkdatabse or Linklister-Extention where I can import a
Linklist which is in html format.

if necessary, I m sure that I can convert this Linklist in some other format
also like CSV etc.

I still havent found any Linkextention which has an import feature.

If you know any plz let me know!
