[Typo3] realurl and two directories

Hi,

I have two real existing directories: /website and /typo, both in the 
root of the server, where typo is the typo3-installation-directory.
Now I want to setup realurl, that www.domain.de/website/foo.html is 
translated to www.domain.de/typo/index.php?id=(foo).
Of course(?) I need a rewriterule in /website which should not be the 
problem(?).
But I need a hint, how to setup the $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXTCONF']['realurl']
I don't find a way to get this running.
