I don't think that it would help essential
concerning code in <body>...</body>.
Typo adds some DIV layers but they don't increase essential the quantity 
of HTML-code.

Most code have been generated for menu items.
The quantity depends on how you define wraps for items and menu levels.

In the head section is much JavaScript code,
which you might be able to decrease.
