[Typo3] Crop image from both sides and both top and bottom

Hi list

How do I make TYPO3 crop an image to a fixed size (for instance 200px x 200px), but in a way that the image is cut _equally_ from both sides and both the top and the bottom?

To be specific; if I have an original image with dimension h=400px and w=300px then this should be done:
- cut 50 px of the left side
- cut 50 px of the right side
- cut 100 px of the top
- cut 100 px of the bottom
