[Typo3] Page title

That's no real difficult task.

I would prefer an XML file describing the page structure to create ... and the Templating
engine is already built in into Typo3 ... so everything you could do is automatically set
the page types (Standard, Advanced, Not in menu, ...) and the template used for this page
(either for use with MTB or TV)
