[Typo3] Hooks in css_styled_content

"Old" CSC (0.1.0) comes with 3.7.0 and 3.7.1 (as a "ext") has no hooks.
"New" CSC (0.2.2) which comes with 3.8.0 and is available on TER has the
hooks.

So you might want to try to install the TER (0.2.2) version locally on
your 3.7.0/1 install and see if it works.
