[Typo3] How to add plugin.alt.pda (95) to standard MTB template

I finally figured this out. For others who have the same 
confusion, I'll try to explain.

The documentation for the plugin alt pda (type 95) has two 
requirements--the pda static template and the "content (default)" 
static template. Enable both of these in your template to allow 
type 95.

One more thing, make sure to use "content" as the label of the 
main content subpart. If you use the auto parser, then use 
something like <div id="content"> in your HTML template. If there 
is no "content" then the static template will show nothing but the 
placeholder (###CONTENT###).
