[Typo3] Multilanguage menu label (Английский) in Russian?

It is relevant as you didn't mention, that you are using
tx_srlanguagemenu
;-)

1) I Would try to set
temp.languageMenu.defaultCountryISOCode=GB
2) config.locale_all=en_GB

No idea as I never used this extension. Do you use or plan to use 
realurl at this page?
