[Typo3] My CHC Forum permission settings?

I am using chc-forum on typo3 3.8.0 version. Followed the steps depicted in
chc-forum document, I created one category and one conference, and granted
anonymous READ access right to the conference. However, before login, when I
opened the forum page, it shows that "You may need to login before viewing
this page." After use a FE user login, the forum works fine.

Do I miss something at here?
