[Typo3] In tt_news/mini_news extension how can I change the alignment of subheader and title to Right to Left?

Hi
In the tt_news extension I can change the direction of news text to Right to 
Left 
but how can I change the alignment of subheader and title to Right to Left?

What about the alignment of Date/Time and "By : Author Name"?
 And what about these questions for using mini_news?
And is it possible that I can put an Image in mini_news teaser?how?

If these are not impossible ,do you know any other extension for news 
publishing that has these abilities (and also putting Image in its 
teaser/title/subheader)?
