[Typo3] TS to insert content element

Hi all. I searched entire typo3.english and tt_news manual but couldn't 
find a way to do this... Maybee it is not ment to be done this way? I 
have made a single content element containing the news plugin with id 
36. I have a cell on my front page with id 'news'. So I want something like:
subparts.news < content element with id 36
or should I do it some other way?
