[Typo3] newsletter module domain question

I am fairly new to typo3 and I'm having a lot of fun learning and using it.
I'm trying to use the da_newsletter_subscription extension.

I would like to change where the e-mails originate from.  For example, right
now my e-mail com from apache at localhost.localdomain  ??? - where can I
change this?  I would like to change this to rick at rgv.ca which is on a multi
domain hosting system.
