[Typo3] Webpage based on BUSINESS template

Hi!

I made a simple web page based on the BUSINESS template. Unfortunetely I see 
the top of the page always the Title of the menu, but  I'd like to write my 
own text.

I read the document Details of Static Templates, and at the page 126 I found 
the typoscript of this template.

I tried to modify the 5.data = levelTitle:1 to 5.data = mytext, or 5.data = 
levelTitle:1 to 5.value = mytext, but it doesn't works.

Could you help me anyobody?
