[Typo3] creating a page that can only be viewed after a form submission

I have a client who uses a survey to research customer satisfaction. 
After the survey is complete the clients wants a "thank you" page with a 
special offer that can be printed out and brought into the restaurant. 
The problem is that page should only be accessible after the survey has 
referred the user to it. How do I restrict it so that the page cannot be 
gotten to by any other means than the survey. The client doesn't want 
his customers printing out special offers anytime they want to.
