[Typo3] relativetotriggeritem div tags

Hi all,

i want to create a webpage only with div tags. Now i `ve a problem with the function relativetotriggeritem cos this functions wraps his own div tags in the menu and the menu is now shown in a vertical position. I want a horizontal position and so i have to know how i could change the div tags wrapped by the function. Or just how i can wrap over the div tags my own div tags with a css stylesheet with a float left property.
