[Typo3] realurl and search_in_cache not_found_searching error-message

Hello,
i have big problems with realurl.

the links are generated correctly, but if click on one
of them, i got typo3-error page "The requested page does not exist!".

To get some more information out od it, i tried to activate the debug 
mode and now it says :

SEARCH_IN_CACHE NOT_FOUND_SEARCHING Detected domain + pathPrefix: 
"www.domain.tld/cms/"NOT_FOUND (id=-1,langID=0)

But what does this mean ? and from which script is it coming ?

Especially, the pathPrefix is wrong, it is the path of another
typo3-installation.

strange to me, but maybe someone knows.
