[Typo3] send Direct Mail every week - automatically

Hi List,

is it possible to configure DMail in that way, that ONE Newsletter ist send
every week, without to create a newsletter manually every week?
I have a Newsletter-Site with tt_news only and want it to be fetched and
send automatically.
A cronjob sends the Newsletter only, if it is scheduled, and that has to be
done manually ...
