[Typo3] TMenuItem page id. Possible to get?

I need to append certain things after each TMenuItem in a menu. Wat I
append depends on the particular item's page ID.

So, what I need is a sort of

- if the page id of the menu item being rendered equals to 10, append image 1
- if the page id of the menu item being rendered equals to 11, append image 2

etc..

Is it possible?

(I know it is, I don't know how :) )
