[Typo3] tsconfig problem: add some value inside my extension table

Why this code in tsconfig not work?

TCEFORM.user_wmf_produit.code = punk

TableName = user_wmf_produit
Field = code
Value = punk

I only want to put some value inside my extension table when the user create 
a new record.
