[Typo3] Japanese UTF-8 and Mysql 4.0.18!

The database supports just plain binary text no setting of encoding required an utf-8 string isn't different
from an ASCII or 8859-1 string except that it encodes the characters differently.


So no problem with this database ... you just have to set forceCharset to utf-8 in the database
