[Typo3] Is 2000ms parsetime normal?

2 seconds is a bit long.

The easiest performance boost will come from using eAccelerator. It 
increases performance of PHP scripts by caching them in compiled state, 
so that the overhead of compiling is almost completely eliminated.

No modification to TYPO3 needed !
