[Typo3] TYPO3, UTF8 and Chinese

I guess you don't have a corresponding font on your server. We recently 
added chinese to a website that already rendered japanese graphical 
headlines. We had to add a suting font.

eg: mingliu.ttc, msgothic.ttc, msmincho.ttc, simhei.ttf, simsun.ttc

Unfortunately now I don't know exactly which one to use. But if I 
remember correctly simsun was good for chinese.
