[Typo3] Deleted admin users but it's still in database

Hi,

This is normal, typo3 won't delete it totaly it just set the flag 
deleted to 1...so it'llnever appear in Typo3 but you can in case of 
error set it back to 0 that's why...
If you wanna clean up your extension look at the TER there's some 
extensions able to achieve this.
