[Typo3] problem of tt_news template typoscript

Hello list,

I have a problem, i had created a page with a template
(template_workgroup.html) and some contents tt_news (5 zone lastest
,everyone has a little template ), in these templates, i want to create a
marker like  ###DISPLAYALL###  for show a links like: <a
href="http://secnet/preprod/index.php?id=134">Display all</a>,

At first, i had created a marker ###DISPLAYALL### in de
template_workgroup.html with TS setup
( page.1.marks.displayall = TEXT
  page.1.marks.displayall.value = <a
href="http://secnet/preprod/index.php?id=131" class="wg_display"  >Display
all G1 </a>)
it's ok!!!

but it doesn't run in other template (the templates of tt_news ),i try to
change the typoscript like
plugin.tt_news.displayLastest.DISPLAYALL = TEXT
plugin.tt_news.displayLastest.DISPLAYALL.value = <a
href="http://secnet/preprod/index.php?id=131" class="wg_display"  >Display
all G1 </a>
it isn't useful.
