[Typo3] Own Modul, Change Event in selector

Hi all,

i have two selector on own TCA Form.
Both selectors are fill over a own function. This is working very well.

But now i like to restart the own fill-function on the second selector when
i select something from the first one. 

In the moment i use the standard way, but i downt like it that T3 ask every
time "You change...." and save the record.

Can somebody help me.
