[Typo3] Is it a Known Bug ?

Hi list

It's my third message on this question and it look like nobody knows so 
I wonder if it's a known bug

 if I try to set a dynamic date value to a tt_content, nothing seems to 
work:

TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = 1 ( make  1-1-1970 ????)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = %d-%m-%y (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = d (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = %T (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = {date:U} (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date.strftime = %d-%m-%y (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date = date:U (doesn't work)
TCAdefaults.tt_content.date.data = date:U (doesn't work)

And I get only thread on the mailing list with no answer on this question

Maybe there's no feature for this ?
Any hint would be very helpful.
