[Typo3] stuck after install on XP (Jim Ewing)

Hi Jim,

What does the install tool reveal about your path and general config? 
Looking at the source of the loadTCA function, it seems that this is a basic 
configuration issue.  For example, your path seems to be repeating a portion 
of itself around the double slash:
/apache_sites/testsite/typo3/typo3conf//apache_sites/testsite/typo3/typo3/...

Post back more info, I'm sure you'll have it soon.
