[Typo3] Zap the Gremlins - report them!!!!

to zap the gremlins does not mean that you have to do the programming
job. you only have to tell us what you think should be improved or could
be changed.
for me this is something incredible: you only have to tell your wishes
and the programmers try to fullfill them. this should sound like heaven
- but it seems even the needed little amount of effort one has to make
is too big - sorry for them!

yes, it is a start but not the whole work.

I do agree with you. I also think it is a bit complicate to report a
gremlin - but I think the value I get in return when reporting a gremlin
is worth this little effort.
we try to spend as much money on zapping the gremlins and not to rebuild
a bugtracker. this may result in duplication - but the drawbacks are
justifiable.

hmm, unfortunately this is not a census but please feel free to
