[Typo3] RealURL 0.3. and IDN-Domains

Hi,

I've tried to use realurl (0.3.0 on Typo3 3.8.0) on an idn-domain with 
"Umlaut".

The page works fine without realurl.
When realurl is activated and configurated, the behavior is a bit strange:

FF shows all contents, but css and images are not shown - even if i 
hardcode the links.

IE with the IDN-Plugin shows css and images

Is there a documentation available, reporting how realurl is processing 
idn-domains?
