[Typo3] Error with FrontEnd

Hi,

I am installing Typo3 on my local windows machine and things seems to be
working fine on the backend (I am completely new at this).  I am able to
work through the tutorial on the backend.  How, when I try to login to
the FrontEnd now I get this error message:

C:\Typo3\htdocs\quickstart\typo3conf\ext\gst_pte\class.ux_t3lib_tstemplate.php
on line 101

Any idea what that might be due to, and how do I fix it?
