[Typo3] Is TYPO3 used in America at all

If I were to plan on going I'd prefer a venue in Vegas myself as it's a 
fun place to be... and it'd have to be off-tourist-season... Being a  NY 
resident I'd prefer we avoid the nonsense of NYC Javits center... close 
but it's still NYC.
