[Typo3] imgeFixed with templavoila is processed by gifbuilder

Hi have a similar request so i hope i'm not hijacking this thread.

Gifbuilder give 256 color image, even if it's a png format image.
There's a way to have full color W+H images in templavoila ?
Supposing the way is to modify the TV XML what should i insert instead 
of GIF BUILDER ?
