[Typo3] sorting entries from tt_address with non-english alphabet

Hello!

I am using the tt_address extension and it works quite well. My website is
bilingual (german + english) and in the address-list are several names with
german umlauts (ä,ö,ü). Although I set config.locale_all = de_DE the
entries are not sorted the german way (a,ä,b,c...) but the umlauts are
coming after z. Is there a possibility to correct the sorting mechanism
according to the chosen locale??
